Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department’s $38 million Northwest Arkansas Razorback Regional Greenway project enhances pedestrian and bicycle mobility by connecting northwest Arkansas along a 36-mile bike route. The Razorback Greenway connects shopping centers and downtowns through several neighboring cities, provides a safe route to schools for local children to walk and bike to school, improves access to transit and complete streets, and enriches tourism for the region.
