Colorado Department of Transportation’s $6.69 million US 160/550 Continuous Flow project reduced congestion, improved safety for motorists and pedestrians, and added enhanced bicycle infrastructure. The new multi-modal intersection added bike lanes, bike boxes, green pavement markings, signaling, and improved pedestrian infrastructure. Cyclists, pedestrians, and motorists now move smoothly, safely, and efficiently along route 160 and 55.
