City Walk Birmingham (BHAM) has transformed the I-59/20 corridor into an exciting new venture that connects the city like never before. The $34 million project covers 10 city blocks in Birmingham and includes a skate park, dog park, amphitheater, playground, pickleball courts, athletic space, area for food trucks, green space for social gatherings, and more. The initiative allows the entertainment districts to flow seamlessly with the downtown business districts in Birmingham – ultimately benefiting residents and guests alike. As Birmingham’s population grows, City Walk BHAM creates a brand-new space to spur economic growth in the city.
