RI: India Park Point Bridge Project

The challenges faced by the management team working on this pedestrian bridge in Providence included working with the city and the local community to save a large red oak tree; modifying materials for the deck surface from concrete to asphalt to reduce weight; changing the slope of the ramps to meet guidelines for the Americans with Disabilities Act, and improving landscaping and other design features.
