| RichmondVTrans’ $13.9 million Richmond Checkered Bridge Project updated a vital piece of the state’s transportation network while providing safe movement of traffic and preserving a local historic bridge. VTrans used the design-build method for the new bridge while also improving conditions for bicyclists, who can now utilize the bridge safer without the danger of vehicles. |
