NM: Rail Runner Project

New Mexico got is first commuter-rail line up and running in only 2½ years thanks to several innovative techniques including hiring consultants to be on-call for urgent services, concurrent project development activities, utilization of existing procurement contracts, and cooperation with the Mid Region Council of Governments on public-involvement activities.
