New Mexico Department of Transportation’s $8.1 million I-25/Engler Grade Separation project was completed $4.2 million under budget and improved public safety at the intersection of two major highways. With improved access to schools, housing, and emergency access, the link between Elks Drive and Del Rey Boulevard provides additional connections between I-25 and the growing north side of Las Cruces.
