Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s $36.3 million WIS 100 project improved safety conditions for motorists and pedestrians while providing access for business and residential development, finishing $35 million under budget. By adding an additional lane in each direction along heavily traveled Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, WisDOT improved traffic flow for the more than 30,000 vehicles a day that use the road.
