Utah Department of Transportation’s $14 million I-15, US-91/1100 South Interchange project relieved congestion and improved safety for 20,000 vehicles per day by replacing a 40-year old interchange. With construction and design teams working together with limited funding, the project was completed with a new diverging diamond significantly under budget in comparison to a complete rebuild for $100 million.
