The 2nd Avenue and Wilbur Street Upgrade Project in Fairbanks, Alaska was a partnership managed by local stakeholders from the start. As a result of the upgrade, Fairbanks now has a safe and aesthetically pleasing path for pedestrians and bike traffic that can be accessed year-round.
