DC: TOPP Ballpark District Project

When Major League Baseball returned to the District of Columbia after 45 years, not only was a new stadium built, but infrastructure improvements and a comprehensive operations plan to manage traffic on game days would be needed to ensure its success. With a very tight schedule due to the asphalt season and an opening day 2008 deadline, DDOT undertook a multi-faceted project that met its goals.
