Nominee: On Time – Small Project AHTD widened two-lane Pinnacle Hills Parkway/Horsebarn Road to five lanes to accommodate the growing number of drivers in the area. The project has significantly cut back on the amount of time motorists spend sitting in traffic and improved safety with the incorporation of a turning lane onto Interstate 540’s entry ramp. The project was completed on time largely due to flexibility, adaptability, and stellar communication by the staff managing it. |
